Cidade Jardim Hippodrome

The Hipódromo de Cidade Jardim is located in the neighborhood of the same name. This racing hippodrome was established in 1941 and features four lanes in a closed loop. Two lanes are used for races, with a few training lanes as well as grass areas. It hosts equestrian events of the Jockey Club of São Paulo that are scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. With free admission, ample parking, and a bar and restaurant on site, it attracts a large number of visitors. Children can use the playground as well as enjoy a pony ride.
