Darigold

The Darigold plant in Issaquah was established in the early 1900's and has been in operation ever since. The milk silos are a recognizable landmark in the city and a tour of the massive production area grants insight into the early workings of the production plant. The plant, at one point of time, was the largest employer in the city and today although it doesn't retain that title, it is still one of the largest producers of sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt, butter, and other dairy products in the city.
