Pride of Seattle's Pioneer Square, CenturyLink Field dominates its urban surroundings thanks to its sheer stature. Quite comfortably one of the largest stadiums in the city, the CenturyLink Field can accommodate numerous spectators at once. Built in the year 2002, it was originally known as the Seahawks Stadium. Mainly built for American Football however the field also manages to host soccer games due to its superior dimensions. The arena is home ground to the Seattle Seahawks and the Seattle Sounder FC.
Located just south of Pioneer Square, this state-of-the-art sports facility is home to the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club. Costing a fortune to build, T-Mobile Park is designed to resemble the ballparks of yesteryear. It has brick facades and real grass, but is also equipped with modern amenities, including luxury suites, restaurants, bars, and a retractable roof for rainy days. The stadium seats over 46,000 fans. Public and private tours are also available.
The WaMu Theater, part of CenturyLink Field, is a famous concert venue located in the city of Seattle. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for a concert, this venue can hold anywhere between 3000 to 7000 people in its spacious premises. The ambiance at the theater is amazing and the audio-visual systems enrich the performance watching experience. World famous bands such as Judas Priest, Yes, Oasis, Staind and 3 Doors Down have performed at this venue. The Jewelbox Theater is located in the Rendezvous and is a venue where all sorts of performing arts is given recognition to. Theater, music, films and more are performed and shown here. You can even book the theater for a personal event or show. Since it is located in Rendezvous one can also enjoy a meal and a couple of drinks along with the show.
Don't worry about room, with 12,000 seats, this stadium has more than enough for you and whoever else you want to bring along. Originally built in 1962, about 5,000 extra seats were added in the 70's with Many local high schools hosting their sports activities here. Also, several local concerts and events are held here also.
