If you've already been to one of the two dozen outlets of the Crystal Jade chain and can't wait to relive the experience, then head towards this eatery, nestled on the second floor of the Xin Tiandì. It serves Cantonese, dim sum and Shanghainese delicacies, and is known for the thinnest dumpling wrapper ever. Try the Xiaolóng Bao (dumplings in broth), Dan Dan Miàn (noodles in spicy peanut sauce), or Lamiàn (hand-pulled noodles), and you'll be begging for more. The wait-staff is solicitous and amicable. Make reservations in advance if you want to avoid a long wait.
