Eighteen Chefs is a western-centric eatery modeled after the famed Fifteen restaurant in London. Head Chef and owner Benny Se Teo is the only Singaporean to have trained at this London restaurant run by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Marketed as Food with an Attitude, this is an ode to Eighteen Chef s commitment to help ex-prisoners and juvenile delinquents to be trained as chefs and begin a career in the food industry. The main crowd pleaser is the signature Cheese Baked Rice where you can concoct your very own version from a variety of sauces and ingredients to suit your individual unique tastebuds.
