Beni Iguana's Sushi

This small sushi restaurant serves up rolls of delicious assorted seafood, vegetables and vinegary rice wrapped in Nori, or seaweed. The menu includes the tasty Rainbow Roll, a tuna, salmon and yellow tail fish creation as well as the Kahuna Roll. This popular dish comes with eel, shrimp, avocado, and scallions. While the menu is mostly limited to sushi, you will find a handful of appetizers like New Zealand mussels.
