This square just below the cathedral and the old town has many surprises in store, including numerous wing stubs of which this one, housed in a 17th-century building, is a particularly good example. Red and white checked tablecloths, lovely woodwork, exposed beams, and magnificent stained-glass windows give the place a warm and friendly atmosphere. The menu includes succulent sauerkrauts, baeckeoffes, and other local dishes.
