Time stands still at the St John the Baptist’s Church. This historical church is now redundant. Located in the Avon Dassett village of Warwickshire, the Anglican Church is a designated site of English heritage. The present church was built in the 19th century; however another church dating back to the Norman Age flourished on the same site before. Occasionally used for events and concerts, the church is built in the Gothic Revival style of architecture. Built with Hornton sandstone, the church is a rustic vision. The magnificent building sits on a bed of lush grassland.
