A 90-feet (27.43-meter) tall tower, The Water Tower was once used for grinding corn for Kenilworth's townsfolk. The Water Tower is a 20th-century water storage facility and mill. It is quite the delight to explore the water mill and enjoy the views overlooking Kenilworth town as well as the magnificent castle. Not functional today, the tower has been sold away and now remains a privately owned residence.

With a rich and varied history, the mansion is currently a private residence. It even served as a military hospital during World War I. The building has been beautifully constructed and is a brick structure with stone dressings and tiled roofs, and is three storys.
