Teehaus im Weißenburgpark

The history of the Teehaus im Weißenburgpark begins in 1913, when the park was a part of Ernst von Sieglin's private estate. The pavilion was built upon a design that combines neoclassical, art nouveau and rococo elements to create a truly stunning effect. Today, the pavilion has been transformed into a tea house and cafe that offers diners a chance to savor epicurean delights beneath the colorful murals that grace the ceiling. Tea, coffee, wine and regional beer are served alongside international dishes, Swabian specialties, cakes, sandwiches and other light snacks. The pavilion gives way to a sprawling beer garden with a view over the fountain and pond. Special events are also often hosted at the Teehaus im Weißenburgpark.

Alte Kanzlei

Set in a namesake building that dates back to the 16th Century, Alte Kanzlei is a lovely restaurant in the heart of the city. Besides offering fantastic vistas, the beautifully adorned eatery serves excellent Swabian dishes with a few international favorites thrown in. The menu changes seasonally but you will surely love their classic fare. There's a fine list of wines to accompany your meal. Besides the refined dining room, you can also dine alfresco in either of their two large terraces. La Fenice

This restaurant, centrally located on the bustling Rotebühlplatz, specializes in classic Italian, prepared straightforwardly and served in elegant and peaceful surroundings. They also offer an excellent selection of ice creams, dessert and pastries. Even though all the wines offered hail from Italy, a good selection is available to match your menu choices.

Der Zauberlehrling

Great food and great service await you in this pleasantly appointed restaurant. The menu offers specialties from the Swabian region and beyond, many of which are interpreted in a lighter, modern style. Typical house dishes: Pumpkin mousse with apple-lentil salad, and raspberry vinegar, 5 year old Joselito Ibericoschinken; Fillet of white halibut with pickled apricots, young fennel, skinned with Herbalism and pearl barley risotto; Black Forest saddle of rabbit with wild mushrooms, baby spinach and polenta slice. Watch for the occasional magic shows.

Landgasthaus Zur Linde

Landgasthaus zur Linde is a restaurant to look forward to while in the city. They offer three types of menus such as the Linden menu, Tranche menu and the fish menu.
