"In memory of Guanyin"

The Grand Byakue Kannon is one of the tallest structures in the region which stands at a height of 41.8 meters (137 feet). It was built to depict the Kannon Guanyin in the year 1936. It is situated in the Byakue Dai-kannon temple complex which is visited by a number of tourists and followers every year.
