An alternative to traditional hotel accommodations, Gram's Place provides a unique hostel experience surrounded by interesting décor, good music and friendly people. Established in 1991, Gram's is the only accommodation of its kind in Tampa. Guests have a choice of co-ed dormitory style arrangements in a refurbished railroad car, private rooms with a shared bath, or private rooms with a private bath. Two kitchens are available for guests to use. One is an authentic 1950s-style kitchen. Guests have access to a heated hot tub, sun deck, outside shower, two courtyards, hammock, porch with umbrellas and fans all surrounded by lush tropical plants.
