Messing Maypole Mill

Man’s craftsmanship is beautifully exhibited in the Messing Maypole Mill. This redundant mill is located in the Tiptree region of Essex. Now converted into a residential abode, the mill attracts many visitors and tourists. The tower mill can be dated back to the 18th century with many changes of ownership taking place till the 19th century. The mill was finally converted into a residential place by the 20th century. This beautiful brickwork is a shining example of England’s countryside.
