"Depicting Local History"

The University Museum located within the University of Tokyo premises in one of the oldest buildings. The building was earlier used as a school for medicine and later converted into a natural history museum. The collections include specimens of animals, plants and other collections based on the natural history of the place. Donations from professors, pupils include art works and science models as well.
