Roppongi Hills is synonymous with everything upscale, so fat wallets are de rigeur. However, if you wander around the complex, you'll eventually find the Rigoletto Bar & Grill, and when you do, pop in for a pleasant, tasty and laid-back drink or meal. With it's split bar/dining areas, the Rigoletto Bar and Grill could easily be mistaken for a cool nighttime haunt, but instead it's just a great place to eat. And, if you happen to come across it on a Sunday, then jump at its discounted tapas special. Try to grab an uber-comfy booth by the open kitchen where the chefs are quite friendly, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Dave, then you are practically assured a great dining experience. - Stephen Lebovits
