Weepah Spring Wilderness

This remote wilderness area covers 51,480 acres (20,830 hectares) of Nevada's eastern recesses. The wilderness is home to Timber Mountain as well as many canyons, rock formations and natural arches, among other features. White River Narrows Archaeological District is part of the wilderness, with one of the biggest concentrations of petroglyphs in the state, as well as other ancient remains like shelter caves and campsites dating back over 4,000 years.
