Marché St. Aubin

Rain or shine, the Marché St. Aubin is the place to be every Sunday morning of the year, as it is Toulouse’s foremost weekly market. Located in the parking lot surrounding St. Aubin Church, vendors set up early in the morning and normally leave in the early afternoon hours. Besides having dozens of fresh produce stalls, there are stands for dairy, cheese, spices, wine, bread and desserts, pasta, coffee, kitchenware, books, pizza, meat and more. Every vendor is seen weekly, and most Toulousains return to their favorite spots week after week to develop a rapport with their salesmen or women. There are plenty of organic products available as well, which is always clearly marked for the customer’s benefit.
