Harry's Bar

Harry's Bar is refined, but unpretentious. It faces onto Piazza Oberdan, which in Trieste (because of the large amount of parking space available) is one of the main meeting points before going out to eat or to a nightclub. It is a good place to have a drink to start the evening off (this bar serves thousands every night). The bar interior is quite small, and has music playing in the background. On Friday and Saturday nights it becomes so crowded that it can be very difficult to get in. During the day Harry's is completely different, and is a quiet bar where you can have breakfast, eat a sandwich, or have a quick coffee.
