"Traditional Susa Cuisine"
Located on the grounds of Susa e Stazione, Ristorante Stazione takes its name from the nearby railway station, and sits on the Ancient Imperial road to France. Founded in 1906, it started out as a small bar, but soon grew to the exquisite restaurant it is today. The lighthearted, friendly atmosphere created by beige tones, marble floors and stacks of wine bottles invites conversation. Here, you can embrace the traditional taste of the Susa Valley with dishes like Arrosto di Manzo al Fieno, Batsoa, and for the less adventurous the Soupa Grasa 'd Susa (onion soup). The restaurant has a great collection of wines too.
