Teatro Calderon

Considered one of the most prominent theaters in all of Spain, the Teatro Calderon stands elegantly in the center of the city. Throughout the year, this theater organizes a melange of events like live musical performances, instrumental concerts, theatrical productions, dance performances and even opera. The main performance hall is where all of the events of performing arts are held and with a capacity of 1184, this space is where the major events are held. Besides the main hall, the theater has four other rooms that it rents out for various events. These are: the Miguel Delibes room with a capacity of 203; the Salón de Espejos with an area of 400 square meters; the main foyer; and the press room. For more information, see the website.
