MS Connexion Complex is a popular event venue-cum-club that offers complete entertainment to its patrons. Established in 1982, though it changed hands several times, it has remained true to its roots all these decades. The club certainly lives up to its name with a winding staircase leading down to the vaults. Founded in 1954, it is considered one of Germany's oldest student clubs and has played host to famous stars such as Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Zappa. The range of music has not been affected by all the new technical innovations with the daily music agenda consisting of Blues, 60's and 70's Rock, Reggae, Jazz and Jazz sessions take place regularly.
Situated in a tiny alleyway just around the corner from the tourist office at Neckarmünzplatz, Kulturbrauerei Brauhaus, a traditional brewery occupies a beautiful old building with a dramatic yellow and red facade. The interior is equally attractive, with wooden floorboards and long, rustic tables.
