"City Library"
The Warren Civic Center Library is one of four library branches that make up the Warren Public Library, the city of Warren's library system structure. This library is actually located on the ground floor of Warren City Hall. Special Collections found here are microfilm of the Detroit News and The Macomb Daily newspapers, as well as the International Language Collection, U.S. Government Documents and the Judge Don Binkowski Michigan Historical Collection. The library is closed on Sundays during summer.
