Intercontinental Warsaw

Warsaw's Intercontinental is one of the most distinguished hotels in the city, both because of its reputation for five-star quality and its distinctive architecture in the heart of the business district. Its sophisticated rooms offer incredible views of Warsaw from the heights of the tall structure. The grand Presidential Suite features expansive living and office areas, a spacious bedroom, and a relaxing bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. Elegant conference spaces make this hotel an ideal accommodation for the business traveler. Other amenities include an indoor pool with scintillating city views, a dedicated aerobics room, a fully equipped fitness center, and a modern sauna with a steam bath. While Restaurant Platter offers a chic fine dining experience, Downtown Restaurant is meant for leisurely breakfasts.

Warsaw Marriott Hotel

When the Marriott first opened at the end of the 1980s, it was dubbed by some the "spaceship Marriott." The reason was that it seemed to have arrived from a futuristic world, and in a sense it did. It opened without compromise as a Western hotel, offering all the services guests might be used to in any other cosmopolitan city. The hotel is now a Warsaw institution. Although it is no longer as unique as it once was, many still remember it fondly as a real symbol of the changes that were coming to Poland.

Sofitel Warsaw Victoria

Sofitel Victoria Warsaw is a deluxe five star hotel that has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the Old Town and right beside Saski Park. It was one of the first modern style hotels to be built in Warsaw, and the first which, even under Communism, was part of an international chain. It has just been refurbished, and the place has a style all of its own. Whether staying the night or simply sitting at the lobby bar, the Sofitel Warsaw makes sure your time there is enjoyable.

Sheraton Warsaw Hotel

The Sheraton deserves its label of laid back elegance. This classical modern building, located on the Place of Three Crosses, has attracted many of Warsaw's expatriate community. Business people, 30-somethings, and bright young people have been coming here ever since it was built in the mid 1990s. Its ground-floor bar, Someplace Else, is a swinging place with a live band playing every evening. Another major attraction is the Sunday brunch, generally considered to be one of the best in town. Get there early to catch the oysters.

Polonia Palace Hotel

Polonia Palace Hotel is a historic building that still has its original facade from when it was built between 1909 and 1913. The architects who gave the building its modern look were J. Nagorski and J.Holewinski. If you take a look at the surrounding buildings, you will see that they are all matching: this is one of the few areas that looks similar to how it did before the war. Somehow this small row survived the destruction. The hotel is central, and offers a bar and restaurant, and is pet-friendly.

Hyatt Regency Warsaw

As one of Warsaw's classiest hotels, the Hyatt Regency is sure to please with its clean, modern, and high-tech equipped interior. Each of the hotel's 250 spacious rooms features amenities such as high-speed internet, a minibar and 24-hour room service and marble bathtubs complete with plush terrycloth robes. In the hotel, you'll also find the Oasis Health Club and Spa, two restaurants featuring Italian and Thai food, and the largest casino in Poland. Located on elegant Belwedere Street, the Regency is just a short walk from the lovely Lazienki Park and is close to the Central Business District. If that wasn't enough, it is only five kilometers (three miles) from Old Town (Stare Miasto) and 11 kilometers (seven miles) from the airport.
