This really lovely restaurant is located in the center of the city and has a tradition dating back to 1408, with Kuno von Rebstock having been one of the first owners, and the name stuck. Modern-day dishes are served in four- to six-course set menus by a trained and attentive wait staff, who are also adept at suggesting excellent wine pairings. The restaurant itself is also done out well on the interior in elegant, warm and pastel tones and furnished well too. The poultry, game and fish pâtés are exceptional. The restaurant keeps a fine wine cellar with a selection of Franconian wines.
