Kingston upon Hull

Kingston upon Hull or Hull, as it is popularly known as is about 66 kilometers (41 miles) from York at the banks of River Hull. Established in late 12th Century, the city dates back to an older settlement called town of Wyke. Rife with history and culture, it is often counted as one of the most culturally significant cities in United Kingdom. Home to several tourist attractions like the Streetlife Museum of Transport, Trinity House and many more, Hull makes for a great visit.
