Situated inside the Botanical Gardens at the famous New Orleans City Park, Train garden is a famous tourist attraction with a 1300 feet (396.24 meters) long railway track full of miniature models. The visitors can see small sized replicas of various trains and cars that actually ran in New Orleans during the late 1800s and early 1900s. Looking at all the models, one can imagine how New Orleans must have been during the late 80s and early 90s. Paul Busse, the person behind this beautiful rail garden has built small models of various houses and buildings around the railway track. Visitors can walk along the pathway next to the railway track and enjoy this intricately designed miniature model. Various signboards and posters with information and interesting facts about different neighborhoods in New Orleans have been placed all around the track. The entire model is surrounded by real plants from the Botanical Garden, giving it a natural green cover and making it look more attractive. The mini train running through the beautifully created model track is a sight adored by people of all ages.
