Arthouse Movie 1 & 2

The Arthouse Movie 1 & 2 belongs to the Arthouse chain of cinemas dotted all over central Zürich. The name of this chain says it all: Arthouse caters to the less ordinary cinema lover. It shows many foreign movies in their original languages as well as local films and arty or alternative - often low-budget - productions. Movie 1 & 2 is hidden amongst old tall town houses and initially you can't imagine how two cinemas can fit into the building. The cinema is also surrounded by many good cafés. Tickets for films can be bought at any Arthouse cinema.
